Head office, sales, finance and the technical desk. No manufacturing — the original Bermondsey workshop moved out to Birmingham in 1988 when we outgrew it, and the building has been offices ever since.

Our principal works. Machining, fabrication, welding, assembly and final test all happen here, alongside the main raw-material and finished-goods stores and the dispatch bay. If a unit carries an ACME serial number, it was built in Aston.

Assembly and distribution · since 2021
Wakefield WF2 7AZ
Acquired in 2021 to put assembly and stock closer to customers in the north. Panel build, actuator assembly and regional distribution. The newest part of the business, and still the one running on the most spreadsheets.

Visiting
All three sites take deliveries between 07:30 and 16:00, Monday to Friday. Birmingham and Wakefield have goods-in bays with a forklift; London does not, so anything larger than a pallet should go north.
Site visits are welcome and we would rather you came than took our word for it. Ring the commercial desk on +44 (0)20 7946 0000 and we will arrange it — please give us a couple of days so the right engineer is there.
