Certification tells you we have a system. The test certificate in the box tells you your unit worked. We think the second matters more, so we do both.

Not every range is rated. Where a unit is not ATEX-certified we will say so rather than let you assume it.
Test capability
We test at Aston on our own rig rather than sending work out. Every pressure-bearing assembly is hydrostatically tested before dispatch; every pump is run against a curve; every panel is point-to-point checked and flash tested. The certificate is numbered against the unit’s serial number and travels with it.

Documentation
Supplied as standard, without being asked, on every order:
- Test certificate against the unit serial number
- EN 10204 3.1 material certification on wetted and pressure-bearing parts
- Declaration of conformity where the product is in scope
- Installation, operation and maintenance manual
- Recommended spares list with our part numbers
Food and beverage
Surface finish records and food-contact material declarations are supplied on request for hygienic applications. Ask at enquiry stage rather than after delivery — some of it has to be captured while the part is being made.
Auditing us, or asking for certificates
Customer audits are welcome at all three sites and we do not charge for them. Copies of our ISO 9001 certificate, insurance schedule and standard terms are available on request from hello@acmesystems.uk. Supplier questionnaires usually come back within five working days, though we will tell you honestly that a long one may take longer.
Tell us the duty and we will tell you if we are the right supplier
Send us the fluid, the flow, the pressure and the environment. If one of our ranges fits, we will quote it. If it does not, we will say so and point you at what does.
