What it is
Wall-mount and floor-standing panels built at Wakefield, wired to a schedule and tested before they leave. Standard designs from a direct-on-line starter up to a 2000 A multi-drive panel with a PLC rack — and if none of them fits, we will build to your schematic rather than talk you into one that nearly does.
What it is not
We do not write PLC application software. We will wire, terminate, test and certify the panel, and we will fit your controller into it — but the program is yours or your integrator’s.

Where this range is used
Application notes rather than case studies — we do not name customers without asking, and most would rather we did not.
Pumping station upgrade
A pair of VSD-22 panels and a duty/standby controller is the commonest retrofit we ship — usually replacing two direct-on-line starters that have been hammering the mains and the pump bearings for twenty years.
Process line control
The CP-1000 carries a PLC interface and an HMI cutout as standard, so an OEM can drop in their own controller and their own software without asking us to modify a panel design.
