Centrifugal and air-operated diaphragm pumps for process duty.
What it is
Close-coupled centrifugal pumps in stainless steel for clean and lightly loaded process fluids, and air-operated double diaphragm pumps for aggressive chemical transfer where you would rather not put a motor near the liquid. Both ranges are built at Aston and tested on our own rig before they ship.
What it is not
Neither range is a slurry pump. Above about 3% solids by weight the centrifugal models wear quickly and the diaphragm valves clog — you want a progressive-cavity or peristaltic unit, and we will tell you so.

Materials
- Stainless steel impeller and casing on both centrifugal models
- Polypropylene body with PTFE diaphragms on the DP-50
- Mechanical seal to suit the duty — specify the fluid and we will select it

Where this range is used
Application notes rather than case studies — we do not name customers without asking, and most would rather we did not.
Clean-in-place circulation
The P-100 is the usual choice for CIP return duty in a small brewery or dairy: stainless wetted parts, enough head to push through a plate pack, and a footprint that fits under a skid.
Chemical dosing and transfer
Where the fluid would destroy a mechanical seal, the DP-50 runs dry indefinitely, self-primes, and stalls against a closed valve without complaint. Air in, no electricity near the liquid.
Borehole and transfer duty
The P-200 covers most general water transfer between 20 and 40 m³/h. Beyond that we would rather quote you a multistage set than oversell a single unit.
